Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Our commitment

KLARO wants every visitor to be able to browse, read and shop on our website, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard that also underpins Israeli Standard 5568. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and keep improving the site.

Accessibility features on our site

  • Accessibility menu: a button on every page lets you increase text size, switch to a high-contrast display, highlight links, use a more readable font, increase text spacing, and pause animations.
  • Keyboard navigation: menus, buttons, links and forms can be used with the keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space and Esc), with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Text alternatives: product images include alternative text for screen reader users.
  • Colour contrast: the main text and button colours were reviewed to meet the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio.
  • Responsive design: the site adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens and supports browser zoom and larger text.
  • Reduced motion: animations are reduced automatically if your device is set to reduce motion, and can be paused from the accessibility menu.

Known limitations

Some parts of our store are provided by third-party apps, such as product reviews, the shopping cart and checkout, and forms. We cannot always control their accessibility and some of them may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Some image descriptions are general rather than detailed. We are working to improve these areas.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you run into a barrier on our website, or need information or an order placed in another way, please contact us and we will review your request and respond as quickly as we can. Please include the page address, a short description of the problem, and the device or assistive technology you were using.

Ongoing improvement

We review the site regularly and fix accessibility issues as we find them or as they are reported to us. This statement will be updated as the site changes.
